Changing or Canceling an Order

If you have placed an order and then realized that you have made a mistake or forgotten a part, please contact us as soon as possible. Please have your Order Number ready for faster service. One of our Customer Service Representatives will do their best to accommodate your request.

Many orders do require items to be ordered from suppliers. Please allow an extra 2 days for this scenario or possibly longer for more specialty, niche, or limited distribution items. Some items may drop-ship to you, meaning the items ship straight from the distributor or manufacturing facility to your door!

Post-order changes may cause significant delays in order fulfillment. We ship orders as fast as we can, so we need to know about your request immediately. AOMC.mx can not be held responsible if an order ships before we receive/process your request. Once an order has shipped, partially or in full, changes cannot be made/added. Orders cancelled after our processing department orders the item from our supplier, will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Orders may be canceled as long as they have not generated a tracking number.
