All returns on NEW and LIKE-NEW items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless AOMC is correcting an order mistake.
No returns on international orders.
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Customized items (graphic kits, etc.)
- Electronics and electrical components
- Chemicals
- Batteries
- CD Repair Manuals
- Closeout Items
- Adhesive items with the backing removed
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): An RMA is a record that our Customer Service Representative will share with you when requesting a return. These are essential to track what needs to come back and what you expect to be done with the item when it arrives. RMAs will be processed as they are received.
In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us at support@aomc.mx as soon as possible. Please do not send things back without contacting us first. This ensures we can provide the most efficient resolution in the fastest possible time.
No exchange may take place until an associated RMA is received by customer service.
